New & Used Vehicles – Clear Coated Paint Finishes.
What is covered
Body Armour 9H will warrant the vehicle to be free from permanent surface defects such as bird droppings, tree sap, tar, paint fading/oxidation and product delamination providing warranty terms have been met.
Period of cover
Both new and used vehicles are covered under the warranty for the lifetime of the vehicle, provided the annual inspections have been conducted.

What is covered
Body Armour 9H will warrant the vehicle to be free from permanent surface defects such as bird droppings, tree sap, tar, paint fading/oxidation and product delamination providing warranty terms have been met.
Period of cover
Both new and used vehicles are covered under the warranty for the lifetime of the vehicle, provided the annual inspections have been conducted.
Annual Inspections
- An annual inspection must be carried out no later than 45 days from the application anniversary.
- If the annual inspection is not conducted, the warranty cover will revert to 5 years from the last inspection. No further inspections are required after this point.
- There will be a minor fee in conducting the inspection as the vehicle will need to be washed, clay barred (decontaminated) and inspected. Please consult your approved applicator for costings.
General Terms
- The vehicle must be maintained in good condition and washed regularly to avoid contamination build up
- The vehicle must remain road registered at all times
- Warranty is not transferrable
- Any damage to the vehicle must be communicated to your Approved Applicator within 45 days from the incident.
- The owner must have valid warranty paperwork
Warranty Exclusions
- Commercial vehicles
- The owner was deemed to be careless or negligent of the vehicle
- Pre-existing damage/defects in paintwork
- Stone chips (and associated panel rust), swirl marks, scratches, collision damage, vandalism, fire damage, calcium/limescale etching or other corrosive chemicals.
- Damage by automatic car wash brushes or other abrasive equipment
Limit of Liability
- Claim determination is at the sole discretion of The Bright Shine Group Pty. Ltd. and its subsidiaries.
- Affected areas will be repaired and re-treated free of charge. Failing this, the approved repair cost of up to $1000 or application cost (whichever is less) will be refunded and the warranty terminated.
- Any persons with unresolved claims agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the state of NSW and local courts.
